Dinner Menu: Caprese Chicken with chicken breast, mozzarella fresco, macerated tomatoes, basil chiffonade and a balsamic reduction. Served with caesar salad, grilled marinated vegetables, roasted new potatoes with garlic and rosemary, and freshly baked rolls with whipped butter.
