Participants will dive into the production processes, discover various types, and understand the subtle differences between balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The workshop highlights what sets high-quality products apart and teaches how to identify them. Attendees will master the art of pairing these ingredients to enhance the flavors of a variety of dishes. Additionally, the workshop will cover the health benefits of balsamic vinegar and olive oil and their role in a balanced diet. Throughout the session, participants will have the chance to taste a range of varieties and learn innovative ways to incorporate them into their cooking. By the end, attendees will gain a deeper appreciation for the rich flavors and versatility of balsamic vinegar and olive oil, elevating their culinary skills and experiences. It's time to pop the corn for Movie Night! We will be screening Caddyshack on our outdoor patio. You can arrive as early as 6:30pm after the tasting room closes (please no earlier to allow staff time to transition to the event) and we will begin playing the movie at 7:00pm. A pizza buffet, popcorn and movie theater candy are included. Wear your best golf attire, think Rodney Dangerfield!

You are also welcome to bring in your own lawn chairs and blankets if you would like to be more comfortable, or you can sit at our picnic tables. Tickets include your first glass of wine! Only 40 tickets are available. Event tickets are nonrefundable. Live music provided by saxophonist Rodney Howell. Food will be available for purchase from our kitchen and Texas Taco Kitchen food truck.
