Owners
Torr Na Lochs Vineyard & Winery is the culmination of a common vision of owners Blake & Karen DeBerry. As native Texans, they are committed to wines made from 100% Texas-grown fruit. Together, they look forward to sharing their dream of a Truly Texas Wine Experience with every guest.
Donnie
Tasting Room Manager
Donnie brings more than 30 years of hospitality-management experience to Torr Na Lochs. He earned a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. Additionally, he holds a WSET Level 2 certification. Donnie trains and manages our Tasting Room Associates while shaping the overall guest experience.
Kamryn
Wine Club Manager, Events Coordinator & Administrative Assistant
Kamryn joined the Torr Na Lochs team in June 2026. In addition to managing the Wine Club, she coordinates events and provides administrative support. Currently, Kamryn is completing her senior year online at Texas Tech University. Her studies focus on Plant and Soil Science with a concentration in Viticulture and Enology.
Colby
Operations Manager & Assistant Winemaker
Colby works in nearly every area of the vineyard and winery. Before joining Torr Na Lochs, he spent two years working at other Texas wineries. During that time, he completed his horticulture degree at Texas Tech University. After graduation, Colby joined our team.
Kristen
Sales and Marketing
Kristen joined the Torr Na Lochs team in June 2026. She oversees outside wine sales and digital marketing. In addition, she completed certificates in Winemaking and Wine Business Management at Texas Tech University. Her credentials also include an undergraduate degree in education and a WSET Level 3 certification.
Katie
Executive Chef
Chef Katie leads our kitchen staff, develops our menus and oversees catering for special events. After earning a degree in Anthropology from Southwestern University, she attended the Art Institute of Houston. Her foundational culinary training began at Brennan’s of Houston. Later, Katie advanced through the ranks at Horseshoe Bay Resort and became the banquet chef. Afterward, she joined Torr Na Lochs in February 2026.
